The rules that keep the place working
Short, plain and the same for everyone. Anything not covered here, just ask — and if something in the apartment is broken, please report it rather than working around it.
Arrival & departure
Check-in from 2:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am
Earlier arrival or a later departure can usually be arranged, but please ask the day before so cleaning can be moved.
Keys and access cards stay in the apartment
Leave both keys and the gate card on the kitchen counter when you go. A lost set costs $45 to replace.
Guests
Only the guests on the booking may sleep over
Tell us in advance if the number changes. Extra overnight guests are $18 per person per night.
No parties or events
Daytime visitors are fine. Gatherings, shoots and events are not, and the booking ends immediately if one is held.
Living in the apartment
Quiet between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am
The walls are thin and neighbours share the stairwell. Keep music and television low through the night.
No smoking or vaping indoors
Use the balcony and the ashtray provided. Smoke inside and a $120 deep-clean charge applies.
Pets only by prior arrangement
Some units allow a small dog or cat for $25 per stay. Ask before you book so we can put you in the right apartment.
Care of the place
Report anything broken the same day
Use the fault report page. Nothing is deducted for honest accidents you tell us about; hidden damage is charged at cost.
Rubbish goes to the chute on each floor
Please bag it. Do not leave bags outside the door — building security removes them and fines the unit.
Money
Balance is due on or before check-in day
Bank transfer or card. The booking reference goes in the payment description so it lands against the right stay.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
Inside 7 days the first night is kept and the rest refunded. No-shows are charged the full stay.
